All orders are shipped and charged based on the weight and shipping location of your items. Orders are calculated at the best available rate for Pos Indonesia.

Lost or Damaged Package
Once your order is shipped, GB Studio RPG is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to resolve any issues.

 

Customs
GB Studio RPG are not responsible for covering any taxes/duties that may arise during customs clearance once the package reaches its destination country.

We unfortunately have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as they they vary by country and may change at ant time without prior announcement. If you have questions about this, you're advised to contact your local customs office.
